Vista Equity Partners and BlueConic

In 2022, Vista Equity Partners (Vista) announced a strategic investment in BlueConic to support the company in advancing its mission of providing business users with access to unified and actionable first-party customer data.

With Vista’s support, BlueConic has completed several strategic add-ons, including the acquisition of Jebbit, a leading first-party data-capture and experience-creation software for marketers. This combination will enable BlueConic’s users to unlock the true potential of their data and redefine the concept of a customer profile.

Vista’s Founder, Chairman and CEO Robert F. Smith moderated a panel at Columbia Business School’s 7th Annual Women’s Business Leadership in Technology Conference. During the panel, BlueConic CEO Cory Munchbach said, "Vista offers holistic support across its entire portfolio. One example of this is Vista's Women Executive Retreat, which has allowed me to connect with accomplished leaders from the Vista ecosystem and share best practices. What I've learned from these events, and from other Vista best practices, has allowed BlueConic to continue its strong growth and service to our customers.”
