They launched snacks.com, a snacker's paradise that offers products from around the world. PepsiCo is on a mission to collect valuable first-party data straight from the source, all while giving their loyal snackers a shopping experience they'll never forget. Then, they met Experiences by Jebbit.


Solution

Pepsi launched an Experiences by Jebbit Companion widget on their website to engage website visitors. By asking fun questions and gathering responses, Pepsi was able to provide personalized product recommendations that were tailored to each visitor’s preferences. This allowed Pepsi to create a more engaging and interactive experience for their customers, while also collecting valuable zero-party data that will help inform future marketing efforts.

Implementing the Experiences by Jebbit Companion widget on their website is comparable to going into a store, and instead of just looking at things on the shelves, a friendly store assistant comes up and asks you, "Hey, what kind of snacks do you enjoy? Are you a fan of spicy stuff or do you prefer something sweet?" This way, PepsiCo can get to know you better and suggest snacks that you might really like.
