Challenge

Signature Hardware is a leading supplier of functional and fashionable home accent products, serving customers in the United States and Canada. Signature Hardware sought to increase both awareness and engagement with key audiences through the use of Pinterest.


Solution

Pinterest enhanced the product finder experience through the Experiences by Jebbit integration, in order to help Signature Hardware establish themselves as the go-to brand for trend-focused kitchen and bath products. The partnership enabled Signature Hardware to create a quiz-to-board Pin Extension that identified the user’s signature home style, as well as recommended Signature Hardware products.

After answering five quick questions in a home style quiz, users could oAuth to have a board created for them by Signature Hardware with up to 20 product suggestions matching their style.


Results

The campaign generated interest with consumers looking for home style recommendations. 42,225 boards were created and the average engagement time for this campaign was 58 seconds—more than 2x the benchmark. The campaign also showed a 73% click through rate and an 89% completion rate.

By guiding consumers through a home style questionnaire, Signature Hardware was able to provide an enjoyable shopping experience where consumers can learn about their personal home style and receive recommendations to the best products for their unique style.
