Cait Gorges

Cait has built her career in hyper-growth sales environments, serving marketers and technology customers alike. Most recently, she was an RVP Sales at ActionIQ, where she helped build and scale the enterprise sales and business development teams. She's also held various positions in sales and go-to-market at Evergage – a Salesforce Company, Mixpanel, Quantcast, and Glassdoor. Cait has spoken alongside customers at various industry events such as CRMC, Forrester, and Shoptalk and has been featured in BuiltIn and AdAge, among other publications. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of California Berkeley, and is in pursuit of a master’s degree in organizational and behavioral psychology from Yale University. As an advocate for women’s advancement, Cait is a mentor in Yale School of Management’s ‘Women in Leadership’ program, member of National Association of Women Sales Professionals, Activist Member at Moms Demand Action, and a leadership chair at Brighton Central School District in Rochester, NY. Outside of work and service, Cait devotes most of her time to her two young children, playing with her French Bulldog, and cooking for her husband and friends.
