VP, Global Customer Success

Ifoma has spent over 20 years building and leading global professional services and customer success teams with the goal of helping enterprise customers achieve business outcomes from their software investment. Prior to joining BlueConic, Ifoma was the Senior Director of Customer Value at Hootsuite where he oversaw the post-sales customer experience lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, and played an integral part in scaling customer-led initiatives to help marketing organizations leverage the power of Social. He also held various senior customer success roles at VMWare, Solace, Oracle, and TIBCO, and BlackBerry partnering with clients to drive digital transformation projects that yielded tangible business results.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ifoma is passionate about mentoring Customer Success professionals and sharing his expertise. He also brings a unique perspective to his mentoring, having retired as a competitive kickboxer and remains active by teaching weekly Thai Boxing classes to aspiring martial artists. In his leisure time, Ifoma cherishes moments with his family and explores his love for hot sauce as an avid enthusiast.
