In June, you’ll see rainbow flags, parades, marches, festivals, events, community gatherings, and more in honor of LGBTQ+ Pride Month. First recognized on a federal level in 1999, Pride Month is both a celebration of the LGBTQ community and, crucially and often overlooked, a protest born out of the 1969 Stonewall riots.
At BlueConic, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment for all, including our LGBTQ+ employees. We strive to cultivate a culture and experience that is not only enjoyable and productive, but also fosters a sense of belonging and safety. We want every member of our BlueCrew, regardless of their race, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical abilities, appearance, socioeconomic background, life experiences, nationality, age, religion, or beliefs, to feel empowered to make a significant impact every single day.
But working towards inclusivity doesn’t stop at the end of June. From custom t-shirts, shoes, and tutus, to raising money for LGBTQ+ youth/teens, here are some pictures of how BlueCrewers show their pride—both this month and throughout the year.
