What's your role?

My role encompasses innovation around data automation and AI. I collaborate with various teams, including development, digital technology, data analytics, and client marketing, to support technology transitions, product roadmap development, and the launch of new client-facing features. My focus is on enhancing marketing automation, audience engagement, and ensuring the success of strategic customers.


What are the top three things you envisioned accomplishing with the BlueConic CDP?

  • Enhanced Data-Driven Marketing: By integrating BlueConic with our systems, we aim to deliver more targeted and personalized marketing campaigns, leveraging data to drive keyword and interest-based display ads.

  • Advanced Audience Segmentation: Utilizing BlueConic's robust data collection and segmentation capabilities to create more precise audience segments, leading to highly tailored marketing strategies and improved campaign performance.

  • Insight-Driven Strategy Development: Using the comprehensive data and insights from BlueConic to inform and develop unique marketing strategies that drive engagement, new product creation, and revenue growth.


What kind of results have you seen since working with BlueConic so far?

Since integrating BlueConic, we have seen significant improvements in data accuracy and segmentation, allowing for more precise targeting and personalized marketing efforts. Our campaigns have become more effective, leading to better engagement rates and higher ROI for our clients. Additionally, the automation features have streamlined many of our processes, saving time and reducing manual errors.


What’s the most exciting thing you’ve done with your data using BlueConic?

What’s next on your BlueConic journey?

We aim to integrate additional data and AI technologies to further refine our marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
