What's your role?
I am the Global Digital Experiences Manager II at McCormick, where I oversee the creation of immersive, interactive experiences that elevate customer engagement and drive growth.
What are the top three things you envisioned accomplishing with Experiences by Jebbit?
Create fun and engaging content, including gamified experiences and product/recipe match quizzes, that delight and inspire our consumers to cook, grill, and bake with McCormick brands.
Drive higher conversion rates on our direct-to-consumer (DTC) site by utilizing Experiences to move consumers further down the funnel.
Capture deeper insights into consumer flavor preferences to inform email segmentation and personalization.
What’s the most exciting thing you’ve done using Experiences?
One of the most exciting initiatives we’ve launched was for our McCormick Holiday Campaign. We created a Holiday Recipe Guide "lookbook" that featured recipes that spark nostalgic holiday memories like waking up on Christmas morning or waiting for the Thanksgiving turkey to cook. It was such a unique, heartwarming way to engage our audience—and a fun walk down memory lane!
What kind of results have you seen since working with Experiences so far?
Since integrating Experiences into our strategy, we've seen impressive results, including engagement and completion rates consistently exceeding platform averages. Additionally, our email subscriber list has grown significantly, thanks to the interactive nature of the experiences we’ve created.
What’s next on your Experiences journey?
We’re excited about an Experience we're creating for our upcoming Grilling campaign. We're taking the opportunity to tap into the summer grilling season, creating an experience that's fun and informative. Stay tuned!
If you could give one piece of advice to a team just starting with Experiences, what would it be?
Start strong! Before you dive into all of the cool features that Experiences by Jebbit offers, take the time to create designs for each of your brands so you have a good foundation for experience builds. Also, don't overlook the support center—it’s packed with valuable articles and videos that provide clear direction on almost every topic. Leaning into those resources will help you get up to speed quickly and avoid any unnecessary bumps in the road.
